Internet MLM is a great business opportunity for women who want to have either an additional source of income or to find themselves in a new career that makes it so easy to balance home life and money making. 1.    Do not be intimidated by the technological and ever changing nature of the internet. Occasionally you might have a feeling that you are lagging behind and can’t keep up with the latest technology and strategies in web MLM. You will see that there are new things daily, almost hourly, appearing in the vast ocean of internet. But you most learn how to swim in this ocean and that could take some time.
2.    If you are new to any business, it is always unnerving when you are in the spot light.  And you will need to learn how to make confident presentations, even videos of yourself. After all you are your own commercial director and manager, and no business hides its key representatives from potential customers. You are you own representative and if you don’t do it, no one will do it for you.
3.    Small talk is your tool and not your main activity. Spend just as much time as needed and no more making small talk with your clients. Try to get to the point once it’s relevant and natural.
4.    Eventually, you will have to consider outsourcing for you fast growing company. After all, your company should grow. You need to predict when and what responsibilities you will need to delegate and outsource to others. If somebody can do it as well as you for cheaper hourly rate - outsource the task.

Statistics shows companies that have female representation in CEOs are doing 20% to 65 % better than those who rely solely on men. Evidently, you can contribute to any MLM business, provided you show the best you know and learn what you can. The inclination to equal 50/50 male/female representation not only in social issues but in business as well, is intricately interwoven into our social well being.
